Does your organization want to be inclusive and trauma- informed? Having a hard time navigating complex mental health, gender, or other diversity issues in the workplace? My diverse experience and training has allowed me to work extensively in clinical counselling/mental health as well as in governance, crisis management, and conflict resolution with organizations, from non-profits to corporations and government bodies. With education in public management, mediation, and human resources, I work with organizations to provide crisis response (critical incident stress management), trauma - informed investigations, training, and conflict resolution. A committed volunteer, I have served on several boards and committees and I am passionate about equity, accessibility, and reconciliation. I offer training, investigations, and consultation in the following areas:
